This policy covers every order placed on this website for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia or East Malaysia, from the moment payment clears to the moment the courier hands the parcel over. It applies to all goods sold by KK BIKE AND ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD. 202601015345 (1677443-D).
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to two service areas, and nowhere else at present.
Peninsular Malaysia — every state sits inside our delivery network.
East Malaysia — Sabah & Sarawak are both served.
2. Order Processing Time
Your order joins the queue the moment payment clears. We pick, pack and release it within 1–3 business days, and that count runs on working days alone, so weekends and public holidays fall outside it. As soon as the parcel is dispatched a confirmation email goes out to you carrying the tracking information for that consignment.
3. Delivery Windows
Transit starts when the courier scans the parcel into its network. We run no overnight or next-day service, so the figures below are what to plan around.
Those figures are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can each push a delivery past the window shown.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery costs you nothing: free shipping is applied to your order and the usual carriage fee is absorbed at our end, which is what we think value ought to mean. One exception is worth flagging — where an order is a bulk or specialised promotional one, a fee may still be calculated at checkout from the total weight and the destination, if applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking is issued automatically. Once the parcel has been handed to our courier partner you receive a tracking number and a direct link by email or SMS, and that link reports the parcel’s progress in real time for as long as it is on the road.
