This policy covers the cancellation of orders placed with KK BIKE AND ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD. 202601015345 (1677443-D), and it runs from the moment you pay to the moment the parcel is released to a courier.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel an order and be refunded in full. Once that 24 hours has run out, cancellation may no longer be possible, since the order may already have been processed or shipped by then.
2. Cancellation Requests
Cancelling is a two-step routine on our side. You contact our customer service team immediately with your Order Number; our support team then checks the status of that order and confirms whether it is still eligible to be cancelled.
3. Refund Processing
An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method you paid with. Allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
